Where We Work
Global Certified Translations is based at 20A Maple St in Edgewater, New Jersey, about five miles from Manhattan. That is our only office. Everywhere else on this page, we work with clients remotely: you upload a document, we return a signed certified translation as a PDF, usually within 24 hours, and mail hard copies when a filing needs them.

Certified Translation
Complete, word-for-word translation of official documents, issued with a signed certificate of accuracy from a State Court Certified Translator.
Notarized Translation
Certified translation plus notarization: a notary verifies the identity of the translator signing the certificate of accuracy.
Apostille Services
Apostille authentication for documents used abroad, with certified translation handled in the same order.
USCIS Immigration Translation
Certified translation of foreign-language documents filed with USCIS, meeting the certificate of accuracy requirement in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3).
