Rule 3.1110(g)
California Rule of Court 3.1110(g) requires exhibits written in a foreign language to be accompanied by an English translation certified under oath by a qualified interpreter. It applies to exhibits filed with motions in civil cases, and an untranslated exhibit, or one without a sworn certification, is vulnerable.
