A Chinese university graduate holds two separate documents: a graduation certificate, which shows the programme was completed, and a degree certificate, which confers the degree. They are not interchangeable, and a file that includes only one is incomplete.
Chinese transcripts are usually graded on a 100-point scale with 60 as a pass, and the translation reproduces every mark as printed rather than converting it - conversion is the evaluator's job. Some evaluators also require the degree or transcript to be verified through China's official higher-education verification service, which is a separate step from translation.
